The Awaam Pakistan Election Commission (APEC) has announced the schedule for the party’s intra-party elections 2026. The election process will be conducted through a secure digital voting system on the party’s official website, enabling eligible members to elect 200 representatives to the National General Council (NGC), ensuring transparency, accessibility, and broad participation.
The Awaam Pakistan Election Commission (APEC) met on March 12, 2026, and unanimously agreed upon the schedule for the party’s intra-party elections in accordance with the Awaam Pakistan Constitution.
The intra-party election process will be conducted through a secure digital voting system on the party’s official website (awaampakistan.org). The election mechanism has been designed to ensure transparency, accessibility, and broad participation of party members across Pakistan and overseas.
Eligible Voters
All individuals who became registered members of Awaam Pakistan on or before 11:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time), March 23, 2026, shall be eligible to participate in the intra-party election process for electing 200 members of the National General Council (NGC) in accordance with the election schedule.
The elected NGC members will form the electoral college responsible for electing the party’s National Office Bearers. Voting for the election of party office bearers will be restricted to members of the National General Council (NGC) in line with the party’s internal election framework.
Registration of new memberships to the party will remain temporarily suspended until the completion of the election process.
