Awaam Pakistan has officially announced the final results of its National Office Bearers elections held on April 1–2, 2026. The elections were conducted by the party’s Election Commission with participation from the National General Council, resulting in the election of the party’s central leadership.

Awaam Pakistan has officially announced the final results of the National Office Bearers elections held on April 1–2, 2026. In accordance with the election schedule, voting concluded on April 2, 2026, at 16:00 PST. The elections were conducted by the Awaam Pakistan Election Commission under the party’s constitutional framework and relevant provisions of the Election Act 2017.

The electoral college for the National Office Bearers election comprised the 200-member National General Council, which was elected during the intra-party elections held from March 26 to March 28, 2026.

According to the official results, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has been elected unopposed as President, while Miftah Ismail has been elected unopposed as Secretary General. Dr. Zafar Mirza has been elected unopposed as Secretary Information, and Akbar Imran Shauket has been elected unopposed as Secretary Finance.

Other key positions include Hafiz Usman Abbasi and Faizan Zakir Sheikh as Additional Secretaries General. The Vice Presidents include Farrukh Javed Abbas, Fatima Atif, Ali Akber Soomro, Chaudhry Inam Zafar, Seema Hilal Baloch, and Mohammad Azhar Aslam.

Tariq Cheema has been elected as Coordinator Overseas. The party has also announced the names of the Joint Secretaries, including Shariq Chawla, Zia Ullah, Javaria Chattha, Dewan Sachanand Sachal, Imtiaz Memon, Haseeb Ullah Khan Jadoon, Ayesha Khan, Seerat, Beena Mazhar, Manzar Ijaz Hussain, Syeda Zainab Sabzwari, and Muhammad Hanif.

Election statistics show that a total of 3,172 votes were cast by 171 voters out of 200 eligible members, resulting in a turnout of 85.5 percent.

Awaam Pakistan extended congratulations to all elected office bearers and expressed confidence in their leadership, dedication, and commitment to strengthening the party and serving the people of Pakistan.

The results have been officially issued by the Election Commission of Awaam Pakistan.
